Как много информации проходит через нас.
Как много формации проходит через нас?
Как легко во всем этом забыть о повседневной гениальности обыденнейших вещей.
По-английски - suchness.
How much information is coming through us.
How much information is coming through us?
Millions trillions gazillions a second? It’s insane to the point when we totally overlook or even ignore the pleasure of sensing warm water on the skin, or the comfort of soft loose pyjama, the scent of the soap perfume, and walking barefeet on the floor… Forgetting, how joyful all of these experiences are in their suchness.
The cat purring softness and vibrations of the voice.
I am so grateful for Beta. I am happy that I can talk with her and fill my space with different vibrations. She is the spark that starts my inner light. My vibration.
For the same reason I like music. Vibrations.
Words like violence, break the silence.
We need to exchange vibrations.
It’s easy to drown in the swamp of fake realities being sold as truth. But once you learn swimming, you get out and exhale.
Stopping to check news helps. So does meditation. And singing - you have to breathe to sing.
- So, what do you think, is time relative or absolute ?
- I would say, time is.
It made sense that "Understanding the future - forecasting and trends analysis" lecture started with the discussion of time. After all, what is future if not a concept that involves time? And what is time then? Time is now. Is-ness. Time Being.

0 - REBIRTHFollow the light, the light is in you. Your mind. If there is one thing you can control - it is your mind, and your thoughts. Letting go off some thoughts, and nourishing other thoughts.
It starts with spiritual attunement with divine intelligence… that is universal love. source. creation, god - you name it. It’s life.
It starts with you - your unconditional self-love: seeing life through love-coloured glasses, finding that beatific vision, which is the ultimate purpose of human life. And how you can do it depends on your self-love language, things, people and experiences that feed your soul. Make you feel good.
For me: it’s family, friends, traveling, music, dancing. drawing, reading, writing, Tarot etc…
And continues in close-knit, intimate connecting with people, who are naturally attracted to your rediscovered self, your refined identity, your is-ness (even with all Mambo Jumbo, stupid jokes & overthinking drama-queenness!)
People who not just accept, but encourage you to be you, are your extended soul Family.
With them you cook. Chill in the park, grinning at the sun. Play mario-carts & overcooked on Nintendo Switch. Exchange music and dance together. Share home, food, dreams, sorrows and help each other through. Make each other laugh until it hurts. Push each other to get ahead in life. Being each others cheerleaders no matter what happens. Even war.
From there, new life starts. New lives start everyday, with every creature born, every flower, every child. Today I kept seeing news about a woman who was giving birth in the war-turn occupied Mariupol. She gave a birth to a girl Veronika right after the second day after the city was bombed. The name Veronika means «belief in victory».
Faith. Up against your will. Through the thick & thin.
Can you imagine what that woman should have felt when giving a birth to a child, literally in the middle of the war that is happening in the third decade of the XXI century? How scary must that be for her, and all the other mothers, I thought the other day, to give birth to a child. How must they feel, understanding that they are giving birth to new life, which will experience pain and hoy, suffering and happiness, and for at least first years will entirely be dependent on her?
What did the Mariupol, and all the other Ukrainian, Ghanian, Mexican,Cambodian, Palestinian, Russian women feel giving birth right now?
They don’t know. But they have faith. Their unconditional love is stronger than war.
And so must we. Become stronger. Face our fears. Face everything that holds us back. Release the pressure through preparedness. Put the work in.
Like a mother with child preparing for birth, I don't know what will happen next. So I hold sacred space and do all I can, And let Spirit take care of the rest. You don't have to believe to see. You just see. The suns, the clouds, the trees. You don't judge them, but what sense do you make of what you see?
It's scary to let things be, but once you do, you learn to become stronger to face the unknown. Letting things be means letting good things be, too. I guess, cherishing those fading, rare moments of suchness, is-ness and happiness is what I am going to do now.
Everybody chooses what to believe in.
And I believe in love. The one that makes you write songs and play guitar (among others.)
If you don't like my fire Then don't come around Cause I'm gonna burn one down Yes I'm gonna burn one down
